Marketing innovation

I am waiting to experiment because I want to have the results of those who already have. Those business analytics will make me smarter.

I  have a Facebook page because everyone else has it and I recently made a Facebook landing page because everyone else is making it.

Sale is better than awareness and hence I am now using e-commerce on social media. “Like Me” to get a discount.

In my company brochure I am highlighting “Innovation” as my DNA, but when it comes to shipping my product, I am  “following” others, paying to get superior analytics of mistakes done by other people which I don’t repeat, and marketing a method which has a track record.

I am playing it safe. Because failure is not an option. Failure by adopting a radical idea is not an option.

However, by being this smart,  I have also successfully shut the door to innovation because  innovation is always radical.

By not being ready to fail, I am now closed for innovation.

It is now just a word on my brochure.
